How do I book a shoot?
Hit Book a shoot anywhere on this page. Pick a package, pick a day that suits the vendor, tell me the address — about a minute, and there is no account to create. I come back with an exact price and a confirmed time, usually the same day. Nothing is locked in and nothing is charged until you say go.
What areas does Phora cover?
Two home markets: coast to hinterland on the Sunshine Coast — Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Noosa, Buderim, Nambour, Maleny, Montville — and Brisbane. I also travel to Gympie on request, so just ask.
What does Phora offer?
Three per-listing packages. Photo Package: up to 20 photos, drone stills and a floor plan. Essentials adds a 60-second listing video with drone footage. Showcase is the full campaign — up to 30 photos, a cinematic 60–90 second video with drone, and 2–3 vertical reels for social, including agent talk-to-camera pieces.
How much does it cost?
On the Sunshine Coast: from $500 (Photo Package), $900 (Essentials) or $1,500 (Showcase). In Brisbane: from $600, $1,200 or $2,000. GST inclusive. Exact quote before you book — no surprises.
How fast is the turnaround?
Photos, staging and floor plan by next business morning. Video within 48 hours — 24 with Priority delivery. Friday shoots land Monday morning.
What's the guarantee?
Not happy with the work? You don't pay. Delivery late? Half price.
How is the media delivered, and will it work with realestate.com.au and Domain?
Through the Phora portal (portal.phora.com.au) — one page per listing with the photos, the film and the social cuts all on it. Choose realestate.com.au or Domain and a single button downloads the whole set, already sized, named and in the right order, so it goes straight up with nothing to rename or resize. Video ships as an unlisted link that both portals accept. Same downloads on your phone in the Phora app.
Do you offer drone and aerial photography?
Yes — every package includes drone stills, and Essentials and Showcase include drone footage in the video, weather and site permitting.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Listing by listing, no contracts — pick a package per property, add extras as needed.
